Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing F&B operations in a hotel or multi-outlet environment
• Strong leadership, cost-control and people-development skills
• Knowledge of menu planning, service standards and inventory management
• Excellent guest service orientation and ability to handle high-volume service
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
