Position: Lead Host – Engineering
Qualifications:
- Proven technical experience in hotel engineering or maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical and plumbing
- Ability to lead small engineering teams and coordinate preventive maintenance
- Good troubleshooting skills and experience managing contractors
- Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance and accurate maintenance records
