Position: Lead Host – Engineering

Qualifications:

• Proven technical experience in hotel engineering or maintenance
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical and plumbing
• Ability to lead small engineering teams and coordinate preventive maintenance
• Good troubleshooting skills and experience managing contractors
• Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance and accurate maintenance records
