Position: General Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, furniture, and fixtures
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify maintenance needs
- Assist in troubleshooting basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Vocational High School (SMK/STM) degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)
- Previous experience in building maintenance or a similar role in hospitality
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a team
- Available to work flexible hours/shifts
