Position: Chief Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Engineering department to ensure all systems are functioning optimally
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for hotel equipment and facilities
- Manage engineering projects and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
- Lead and mentor the engineering team to maintain high standards of maintenance and repair
- Monitor energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field)
- Proven ability in preventive maintenance planning and project management
- Effective team leader with decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
