Qualifications:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role in hotels or restaurants
• Strong cooking skills, knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistent food quality
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support outlet and banqueting services
