• Basic cooking experience in hotels, resorts or restaurants preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and portion control
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow kitchen instructions
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexible to work varied shifts including weekends
