Position: Assistant Human Resources Manager
Qualifications:
- Indonesian citizen only
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR roles within hotels or resorts
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding and HR administration for hospitality staff
- Good command of English and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to support training, staff relations and pre-opening or scaling activities
