Position: Assistant Human Resources Manager

Qualifications:

  • Indonesian citizen only
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR roles within hotels or resorts
  • Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding and HR administration for hospitality staff
  • Good command of English and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to support training, staff relations and pre-opening or scaling activities
