Position: Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or resort
- Minimum 5 years culinary leadership experience with strong menu development skills
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, HACCP and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership, budget management and supplier coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and drive culinary standards and team performance
