Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or resort
• Minimum 5 years culinary leadership experience with strong menu development skills
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, HACCP and kitchen operations
• Strong leadership, budget management and supplier coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and drive culinary standards and team performance
