Position: Sous Chef – Italian Cuisine
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Italian cuisine and as a Sous Chef in hotels or fine dining
- Minimum 2-4 years relevant experience with strong technical skills
- Good leadership and ability to coach kitchen staff
- Knowledge of hygiene, portion control and menu execution standards
- Creative, detail-oriented and able to maintain consistency under service pressure
