Position: Sous Chef – Italian Cuisine

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Italian cuisine and as a Sous Chef in hotels or fine dining
• Minimum 2-4 years relevant experience with strong technical skills
• Good leadership and ability to coach kitchen staff
• Knowledge of hygiene, portion control and menu execution standards
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to maintain consistency under service pressure
