Position: Assistant Manager Guest Experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a guest relations or front office supervisory role in a luxury hotel.
- Proven ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about creating personalized and memorable guest experiences.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
