Position: Pastry Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in a pastry kitchen, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Exhibits creative baking and decorating talents with a commitment to preparing quality and consistent pastries.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and kitchen safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills to assist in managing and training the pastry team.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, luxury dining environment.
