Position: Pastry Sous Chef

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in a pastry kitchen, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Exhibits creative baking and decorating talents with a commitment to preparing quality and consistent pastries.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and kitchen safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership skills to assist in managing and training the pastry team.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, luxury dining environment.
