Qualifications:

• Extensive experience and deep expertise in authentic Indonesian and Balinese cuisine.
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership capabilities to manage kitchen operations and mentor culinary staff.
• Creative in menu development, plating, and adapting traditional flavors for a luxury audience.
