Position: Sous Chef – Indonesian Cuisine
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience and deep expertise in authentic Indonesian and Balinese cuisine.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership capabilities to manage kitchen operations and mentor culinary staff.
- Creative in menu development, plating, and adapting traditional flavors for a luxury audience.
