Position: Sous Chef – Commissary Kitchen/IVD/Banquets

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a Junior Sous Chef.
  • At least two years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant chef role, including commissary, banquet, or in-villa dining operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of authentic Indonesian flavours.
  • Solid foundation in classic Western cooking techniques.
  • Strong culinary expertise with the ability to mentor and guide junior colleagues.
  • Mandatory certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g. HACCP).
