Position: Sous Chef – Commissary Kitchen/IVD/Banquets
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management from a recognised institution.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Junior Sous Chef.
- At least two years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant chef role, including commissary, banquet, or in-villa dining operations.
- In-depth knowledge of authentic Indonesian flavours.
- Solid foundation in classic Western cooking techniques.
- Strong culinary expertise with the ability to mentor and guide junior colleagues.
- Mandatory certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g. HACCP).
