Position: Pastry Chef
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of one year in a similar position, preferably at a luxury hotel or resort.
- Ability to present a broad array of cakes, pastries, desserts, and petit fours which meet high standards of quality and consistency.
- Ability to manage and supervise the pastry section to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Financial acumen required (budgeting, forecasting, expense control).
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
