Position: Chef De Cuisine
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of one year in a similar position, preferably at a luxury hotel or resort.
- Master and execute advanced cooking techniques across various cuisines (e.g., French, Italian, Indian, Asian).
- Financial acumen required (budgeting, forecasting, expense control).
- Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the kitchen team.
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional languages are an advantage.
