Position: Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role within a 5-star resort.
- Proven ability to manage multiple kitchen outlets and large-scale banquet operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in menu engineering, costing, and budget management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Creative and innovative approach to culinary arts and menu development.
