Position: Sous Chef – Italian Cuisine
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with a specialization in Italian cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of authentic Italian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise a kitchen section.
