Position: Sous Chef – Italian Cuisine

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with a specialization in Italian cuisine.
  • In-depth knowledge of authentic Italian cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise a kitchen section.
  • Creative flair for menu planning and presentation.
