Position: Executive Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role (e.g., Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine).
- Proven ability to manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, costing, and staff training.
- Strong knowledge of international and local cuisines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen hygiene.
