Position: Executive Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role (e.g., Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine).
  • Proven ability to manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, costing, and staff training.
  • Strong knowledge of international and local cuisines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen hygiene.
