Position: Assistant Human Resources Manager
Qualifications:
- Indonesian Citizen Only.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in a 4/5-star luxury hotel/resort.
- Strong leadership and people skills.
- Have good English, both written & spoken.
- Knowledge of HR procedures, labor laws, and employee relations.
