Qualifications:

• Indonesian Citizen Only.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in a 4/5-star luxury hotel/resort.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Have good English, both written & spoken.
• Knowledge of HR procedures, labor laws, and employee relations.
