Position: Banquet Operation Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing large-scale banquet and event operations in a 5-star hotel.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless event execution.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal departments.
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
