Position: People Development Leader
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training, learning, or people development role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs for all levels of hotel staff.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Passionate about employee growth and fostering a positive learning culture.
