Position: Executive Chef (25132348)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in a luxury resort environment.
- Strong creativity in menu development, particularly with specialty and all-day dining concepts.
- Excellent leadership skills to manage and inspire the kitchen brigade.
- Proficient in kitchen financial management, including costing and inventory control.
- Commitment to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
