Position: Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field, with a proven track record.
- Experienced to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow, staff efficiency, and compliance.
- Strong in strategic initiatives to enhance operations, profitability, and guest-focused service.
- Ability to uphold and promote the restaurant’s brand standards and ensure positive customer interactions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
