Position: Commis II – Cold Kitchen
Qualifications:
- Culinary school graduate or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, specifically in Garde Manger/Cold Kitchen.
- Knowledge of preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- A team player with a passion for learning and culinary arts.
