Position: Butler

Responsibilities:

• Provide highly personalized and anticipatory service to guests from pre-arrival to departure.
• Act as a single point of contact for assigned guests, handling all requests, from dining reservations to activity planning.
• Prepare guest rooms for arrival, including personalized amenities and preferences.
• Offer packing and unpacking services, and coordinate all aspects of the guest’s stay.
• Create “Andaz moments” by delivering thoughtful, unscripted, and memorable service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Butler or in a senior guest service role in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with discerning guests.

*Impeccable grooming and a high level of professionalism.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A deep understanding of luxury service standards.
• Fluent in English.
