Position: Butler Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage the team of Butlers to ensure the highest standards of personalized service.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the Butler department.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance management.
  • Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating exceptional service and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage guest relations, handle escalated issues, and ensure all guest preferences are meticulously recorded and met.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a Butler Manager or Head Butler role.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in training and developing a high-performing team.
  • An expert in all aspects of personalized luxury service and guest recognition.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A polished and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to create and maintain a motivating and positive work environment.
  • Fluent in English.
