Position: Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Extensive culinary experience in a leadership role, such as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef, in a 5-star resort.
- Strong creativity and passion for developing innovative menus and dining experiences.
- Proven ability in managing kitchen operations, including budgeting, food costing, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership, training, and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
