Position: Guest Service Agent

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a Front Office role in a hotel.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric approach.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Well-groomed appearance and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
