Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a Front Office role in a hotel.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Well-groomed appearance and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
