Position: Engineering Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Experience in a hotel engineering or maintenance department, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage preventive maintenance programs.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with other departments.
