Position: Marketing Communication
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the hotel’s marketing communication and public relations strategy.
- Manage all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, press releases, and digital content to promote the hotel.
- Coordinate with media outlets and influencers to secure positive brand coverage.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all communication campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communication, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Strong creative writing, copywriting, and content creation skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing, social media management, and analytics tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about brand storytelling.
