Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the front office and act as the manager on duty.
• Handle guest complaints, emergencies, and special requests with professionalism.
• Ensure a smooth check in and check out process for all guests.
• Supervise and support the front office team to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
• Minimum Diploma 3 Degree in Hospitality Industry.
• Orientation on business results and integrity.
• Familiar with International Hotel Standards.
• Good command in both written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
