Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office and act as the manager on duty.
- Handle guest complaints, emergencies, and special requests with professionalism.
- Ensure a smooth check in and check out process for all guests.
- Supervise and support the front office team to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Minimum Diploma 3 Degree in Hospitality Industry.
- Orientation on business results and integrity.
- Familiar with International Hotel Standards.
- Good command in both written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
