Position: Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing a high end dining venue.
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and P&L management.
- Excellent guest experience skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills and a strong ability to motivate staff.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills.
