Position: Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing a high end dining venue.
• Strong financial acumen for budgeting and P&L management.
• Excellent guest experience skills.
• Outstanding leadership skills and a strong ability to motivate staff.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
