Position: Revenue Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in forecasting, pricing, and inventory management
- Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS)
- Deep understanding of hotel distribution channels (OTA, GDS, Direct)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven decisions
