Position: GRO Mandarin Speaker
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist all guests, with a special focus on Mandarin_speaking clientele.
- Provide personalized guest services, handle inquiries, and manage feedback.
- Facilitate smooth check_in, check_out, and in_stay experiences.
- Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Translate communications between guests and other hotel departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).
- Previous experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office role at a 5_star hotel.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task.
- Strong communication skill.
- High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude.
- Indonesian citizen only.
- Able to join immediately.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem_solving skills.
