Position: Chinese Cook / Chinese Sous-chef

Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic, high_quality Chinese dishes according to hotel standards.
• Manage a specific section of the Chinese kitchen (if Sous Chef).
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in Chinese cooking techniques (if Sous Chef).
• Control food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in the kitchen.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chinese Cook or Sous Chef in a 5_star hotel or high_end Chinese restaurant.
• In_depth knowledge of various Chinese culinary styles (e.g., Cantonese, Szechuan).
• Strategic and creative mindset (especially for Sous Chef).
• Strong communication skill.
• Excellent in English both of written and verbal.
• High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude.
• Indonesian citizen only.
• Able to join immediately.
