Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations, food preparation, and menu planning.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage kitchen inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste.
- Ensure all kitchen activities adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
- Step in to lead the kitchen in the Executive Chef’s absence.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at the same role or position at least 1 year experience.
- Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
- Able to speak English and has a good communication skill both spoken and written.
- Well_groomed and good personality.
- Confidence, highly motivated passionately work.
- Strong culinary skills and creativity.
- Proven leadership and kitchen management experience.
