Position: Reservation Agent

Responsibilities:

• Process all room reservations (phone, email, online) accurately and efficiently.
• Provide guests with detailed information about room types, rates, and hotel packages.
• Maximize room revenue through upselling and cross selling.
• Manage group bookings and coordinate with the sales department.
• Maintain reservation records and ensure data accuracy in the PMS.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Reservation Agent in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), especially Opera.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
