Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the daily restaurant operations.
- Train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high service standards.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and handle any complaints effectively.
- Monitor and manage restaurant inventory and control costs.
- Collaborate on promotions to drive restaurant revenue.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5star hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficient with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- In depth knowledge of food, wine, and service.
- Passionate about creating sophisticated dining ambiances.
- Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
