Position: Banquet Operational Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational aspects of banquet and event functions.
• Ensure the flawless execution of all events, from setup to breakdown.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Culinary, and other departments.
• Lead and manage the banquet service team, ensuring high standards of service.
• Manage banquet equipment inventory and maintenance.
