Position: Wedding & Social Event Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of wedding and social event planning, from initial inquiry to event execution.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Coordinate with all internal departments (Culinary, Banquet, F&B) to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and showcase the hotel’s event spaces.
• Prepare detailed event orders (BEOs) and client contracts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the wedding and social event segment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Event Manager or Specialist, focusing on weddings and social events.
• Strong network of local vendors and event planners.
• Creative, detail oriented, and highly organized.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about creating unforgettable events.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.
• A driven and professional demeanor.
