Position: Banquet Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational aspects of the hotel’s banquet and event functions.
• Ensure the highest level of service and guest satisfaction during events.
• Lead, train, and schedule the banquet operations team.
• Manage banquet setup, service, and breakdown for all events.
• Maintain inventory of banquet equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate closely with the Event Specialists and Culinary team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Banquet Operations Manager in a 5 star hotel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and service standards.
• Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
• Passionate about flawless event execution.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
