Position: Banquet Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the hotel’s banquet and event functions.
- Ensure the highest level of service and guest satisfaction during events.
- Lead, train, and schedule the banquet operations team.
- Manage banquet setup, service, and breakdown for all events.
- Maintain inventory of banquet equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate closely with the Event Specialists and Culinary team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Banquet Operations Manager in a 5 star hotel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and service standards.
- Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
- Passionate about flawless event execution.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
