Position: Cluster Director of Catering & Conferences

Responsibilities:

• Lead the cluster’s Catering & Conference Services department, overseeing all event planning and execution.
• Develop strategies to maximize revenue from catering, banquets, and conference events.
• Ensure the highest standards of service and client satisfaction for all events.
• Lead, mentor, and train the event planning and operations teams.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Culinary teams to create compelling event proposals and menus.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Director of Catering, Director of Events, or similar leadership role in a large, luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• In depth knowledge of event management, banquet operations, and catering sales.
• Excellent financial acumen and budget management abilities.
• Creative, detail oriented, and passionate about flawless event execution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of events in a fast paced environment.
