Position: Barista
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of high quality coffee and tea beverages.
- Operate and maintain coffee making equipment.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the POS system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Barista.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Attention to detail.
- Passionate about coffee and hospitality.
