Position: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a specific kitchen section under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
• Assist in menu planning, development, and costing.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Manage kitchen inventory, food costs, and ordering for the section.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety (HACCP) standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or 4 years as a Chef de Partie in a 5 star resort.
• Strong culinary skills with expertise in international and local Lombok cuisine.
• Proven leadership, training, and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
• Positive, inspired, and empowered attitude.
