Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a specific kitchen section under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
- Assist in menu planning, development, and costing.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage kitchen inventory, food costs, and ordering for the section.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety (HACCP) standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or 4 years as a Chef de Partie in a 5 star resort.
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in international and local Lombok cuisine.
- Proven leadership, training, and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Positive, inspired, and empowered attitude.
