Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hotel’s operations during shifts, acting as the manager on duty.
- Handle guest relations, feedback, and any immediate concerns.
- Support the front desk team with check in, check out, and complex transactions.
- Ensure all hotel safety and service standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with all departments to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude, and energetic personality.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Able to join immediately.
- Strong decision making and problem solving capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of hotel operations, especially Front Office.
