Position: HR & Learning Development Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily HR operations, including employee relations, administration, and compliance.
• Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs in line with brand standards.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new associates.
• Assist in managing performance appraisal systems and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure all HR policies and local labor laws are followed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on training or L&D.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Positive, inspired, and empowered attitude.
• Fluent in English.
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Hospitality.
