Position: HR & Learning Development Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily HR operations, including employee relations, administration, and compliance.
- Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs in line with brand standards.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new associates.
- Assist in managing performance appraisal systems and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure all HR policies and local labor laws are followed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on training or L&D.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
- Positive, inspired, and empowered attitude.
- Fluent in English.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Hospitality.
