Position: Chef De Partie
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate a specific station in the kitchen (e.g., grill, garde manger).
- Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Supervise Commis chefs working on the station.
- Ensure the station is kept clean, organized, and stocked.
- Assist the Sous Chef with food preparation and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or senior Commis in a reputable kitchen.
- Strong skills and knowledge in a specific culinary area.
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Passionate about cooking and maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
- Culinary certification is an advantage.
