Position: Chef De Partie

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate a specific station in the kitchen (e.g., grill, garde manger).
• Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and quality standards.
• Supervise Commis chefs working on the station.
• Ensure the station is kept clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist the Sous Chef with food preparation and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or senior Commis in a reputable kitchen.
• Strong skills and knowledge in a specific culinary area.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
• Passionate about cooking and maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
• Culinary certification is an advantage.
