Position: Commis
Responsibilities:
- Assist Chef De Parties with basic food preparation tasks.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned kitchen station.
- Learn and develop new culinary skills.
- Ensure all ingredients are prepped and stored correctly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Commis or kitchen trainee is preferred.
- A recent graduate from a culinary school is welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Strong willingness to learn and a passion for cooking.
- Ability to work hard and follow instructions.
- Good team player with a positive attitude.
- Must adhere to all hygiene and safety standards.
