Position: Commis

Responsibilities:

• Assist Chef De Parties with basic food preparation tasks.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned kitchen station.
• Learn and develop new culinary skills.
• Ensure all ingredients are prepped and stored correctly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Commis or kitchen trainee is preferred.
• A recent graduate from a culinary school is welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Strong willingness to learn and a passion for cooking.
• Ability to work hard and follow instructions.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
• Must adhere to all hygiene and safety standards.
