Position: SPA Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Train and mentor spa therapists and receptionists.
  • Manage guest bookings, schedules, and handle guest feedback.
  • Assist in managing spa inventory and ensuring treatment rooms are perfectly maintained.
  • Support the Spa Manager in achieving revenue targets and implementing promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Good attitude and pleasant personality.
  • Strong English communication skills (other languages are an advantage).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel environment.
  • Fast learner and able to operate related systems.
  • Able to join immediately.
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments and wellness products.
