Position: Recreation & Experience Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and execute all guest recreation programs and resort activities.
  • Curate unique cultural experiences that celebrate the spirit of Bali.
  • Lead the recreation team, ensuring exceptional guest engagement and safety.
  • Manage recreational facilities, equipment, and departmental budget.
  • Continuously innovate and enhance the resort’s activity offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
  • Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
  • Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
  • Proficient in related systems and technology.
  • Fast learner and proactive team player.
  • Able to join immediately.
