Position: Recreation & Experience Manager
Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and execute all guest recreation programs and resort activities.
- Curate unique cultural experiences that celebrate the spirit of Bali.
- Lead the recreation team, ensuring exceptional guest engagement and safety.
- Manage recreational facilities, equipment, and departmental budget.
- Continuously innovate and enhance the resort’s activity offerings.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Proficient in related systems and technology.
- Fast learner and proactive team player.
- Able to join immediately.
